I just tied into the driver's side speaker and ran the wires up through the deck. I had to extend them from the LOC a bit. Then I just tucked the whole thing under a carpet panel in the back. It's all out of sight.

I had an old amp / punch 12 / and a crappy box. I tossed it in the back and I can't believe how good it sounds. It takes up quite a bit of my trunk though... so I guess I'm going to go on and get the ******** box.
