Dumb. just go 90 and risk it. Plus I am betting 90 is only 15 mph over the limit on most Neveda roads that this would be the case. I mean, its not like you are going to have a pass to go 90 down the strip. It is going to be in the desert roads where there are no cars, no turns, no cops, nothing. Just go 90 and save the 25 bucks, I am sure most people are.
