The "skate wheels" that replaced the wheel weights actually stick out a little more than the weights. Even still I don't believe the 18" wheels would fit. If you bought the steel wheels for the winter and have the RS wheels you could always trade it in with the steel wheels and get some winter rubber for the 20's.
