Trade it back in with the winter tires, keep your 20" and look at getting winter tires for that.
I personally love having an SS but there are things to consider for your situation. You'll have to use premium gas and you'll probably spend more money on mods for the SS than you would on an LT.
However, in the long run there is a resonable chance you would be more happy with the SS.
As you know there is nothing wrong with the LT so it's going to be up to you to make that decision. When I was initially looking at Camaros I was going to go with the 2LT but now I'm glad I pulled the trigger on the 2SS and I"m loving every minute of it.
