Each state is different, but I was under the impression there was Federal ruling on Headlamp coloration. The BMWs have a simliar halo combination and those are considered a portion of the head lamps which would make the red illegal. In Florida, white is prohibited behind the A pillar, Red is prohibited in front of the C pillar which would make the reds illegal on that basis as well.

ANY Blues are illegal solid or strobing in most states....some (I take it S.C.) are exceptions. Personally I wouldnt want blue regardless ... seems like an attention grabber and I don't care for the attention of my car to be on lighting.

All resulting in about $100 bucks, but hey....no points haha
