i wanted a brighter LED so i searched all over the place and found a great deal from a company in China
120 lumens per LED! (a maglight with 3D cell batteries oputs out 77 lumens...)
they are 3watt LEDs pre-wired with a heatsink for 12V. i just disassembled the bulb casing and took the LED and heatsink out.
