for every story there is about someone getting away with warranty work with mods that should otherwise void warranty, there's another horror story about someone being stuck with a bill that may have not even been caused by their mods. neither one of us are right, because this scenario will pan out different for each different person / setup / dealership. chances are you will never need to use your warranty anyways, it's just a feel good thing.

Most people who mod their cars don't give a damn about the warranty. Tunes are like

for cars, makes a whole new monster, ESPECIALLY for the L99. If something breaks, it just means new upgrades.
