what about all of the States where you legally dont have a front plate, like Florida, does that mean they care less about their police force?
while he wrote my ticket, 3 box trucks went by without being checked, what if one was a terrorist, meanwhile hes jerking around with me. Jaywalking is still against the law but they dont ticket it.
