With the money troubles most states and counties are having right now, don't think you will not get pulled over for this and if you do, you will likely get a ticket for it. Its unfortunate that the Texas Supreme Court, when interpreting the definition of 'front', was deciding a case that would have free'd a drug dealer.
btw, I believe that toll booth cameras read the front plates.
I've managed to go 7 months w/o getting pulled over, but if they step up enforcement I guess I'll have to rig up one of those tie wrap mounts.
