Real easy, replaced it and the problem went away. The RPMs at any speed would be constantly jumping back and forth about 500 rpm. The dealer replaced the throttle body and the symptoms went away.
After reading the other posts, this probably wasn't exactly like they have but it would make sense if it was the problem because the accelerator pedal and the throttle aren't physically connected.
