One of my co-workers who is a BIG Dodge fan and is considering a Challenger has mentioned they had "over 28,000" orders prior to manufacture.

Can anyone confirm that?? It just doesn't make sense almost a 3 to 1 ratio in "pre-orders". Is he BS'ing me???
