Well, based on the fuel pump, I see a bit of room before you have to think about changing the fuel pump(about 550 hp at the engine). The main obstacle to that being aftermarket DI pumps.

Even on a regular fuel injected car, aftermarket fuel pumps are an issue at a point. DI cars use much higher fuel pressures than current port fuel injectors. Typical fuel pressures on a PFI car are (3 bar) 43 psi.

The DI in the 3.6 was up to about 12 bar (176 psi) fuel pressure at maximum load. It can run higher than that up to about 20 bar according to the SAE paper.
