Plus if this got put in to place... how many of the permit buyers do you think would stick to 90mph.... i could see it creeping to 95....100...105mph.
I think the main problem with speeding now is that the emphasis has changed from stopping people speeding to catching people speeding.... i guess stopping people speeding doesn't make financial sense!!!
