Based on power/weight ratio of 4th gens with 325hp, LS3 torque characteristics, LS3 vette times and LS2 GTO times I am going to guess that SS will be a >13.0 car all day long with 12.7's possible with perfect conditions. I don't think you will see anyone running slower than a 13.3 and 12.9's will be pretty common at local test and tunes. A manual with a decent driver as well as auto's should be able to run with an LS2 vette. The LS2 GTO ran low 13's with a touch less weight and power, but a worse suspension.
The V6 I'll say 14.1's common with a few breaking into the 13's w/manual trans.
