most of them will mount using the factory holes......If you already have a spoiler, you need to open the trunk and you will find that there are some black plastic covers that are on the underside of the deck lid. You need to carefully remove those.........then take off the trunk lid liner.....the glowing escape handle will need to be removed to accomplish this. Now you have to get your head around the thought that if you are going to remove the nuts holding on the spoiler and you drop it into the trunk lid, you will be fishing it out for a while. When I did mine, i used a socket set and just prior to letting the nut come off, i tilted the trunk lid down so if it fell, it would fall out of the hole. There are some variations in the way the factory spoiler is held on. some have a 3m tape adding some spacing under the spoiler to avoid contact with the body. To install the new one, just reverse the steps using some blue loctite on the new nuts/bolts to avoid them falling into the trunk lid. When you remove the factory spoiler, you will notice that there is an extra hole that was used for an alignment pin. Be sure to put some sort of plug in this hole to avoid water from getting into the deck lid.
