I am running a magnuson 2300 in Florida. During cruise conditions my intake air temps are two to three degrees above ambient, even when the ambient is in the 90's. During stop and go driving when ambient is in the 90's, the iat is usually about seven to ten above ambient even idling for a long traffic light. Now WOT is another story. On a 92 degree ambient day I logged an iat of 133 degrees at 115 MPH.
