The SS badges indicate a higher trim / performance Commodore. The platform has been engineered to be adjustable in length while relatively fixed in width. You can see more detail in the suspension design on our website.

If you love or hate the look of the new Camaro, it won't matter once you drive it. The platform is nothing short or excellent. The drive will knock your socks off. As far as engines, think about this. GM can fit a moderately priced Camaro with a 300 HP six cylinder - and have an excellent car. The last time I checked, GM also ha a couple of V8s with a bit more HP  |
