Yeah, its a game we played in the Navy.
Onboard ship there isn't usually enough seats for everyone, so some would sit on desks or on file cabinets when we'd be in a meeting or watching a movie or something like that. So, in order to keep your seat, if you needed to go take a leak, you had to call no swoops.
