I was also curious about that, at first thought it was fuel shutoff (drag racer in me), but was like no Kyle you are dumb, they are not switches and you don't need two. They wouldnt put that on a concept/mule anyway. The only other thing I can think it looks like is an air line for suspension ( if it were a caddy or something)
