Now that I have had time to give more thought to it and remove the emotion of knowing I am going to have to wait a little longer it all makes sense. I think GM has an obligation to get as many cars sold to show the government they are doing the right thing to get the company turned around. So if 90% of the anticipated demand is for the v6, they have to go that direction. Besides, I would rather them get everything possible included in the launch of the SS, including ABL, then have to just take what they give you.

I agree with this after reading all these other mindboggling posts... I've cooled down about 3/4 the way through..... I understand but dissapointed just the less. I may laugh about it when I finally get those 2ss/rs keys in my hand
