Moss was starting to become a distraction, week one on my way home from the game , I was listening to the post game interviews and all he had to say was how he was not appreciatted, how the fans wanted him to fail, how he wouldn't be playing for the Pats next year but wasn't gonna be retiring....not one comment about the game itself.
Sooooo belichick obliged him and got the compensation pick for losing him a year early.
