When they pulled the bolts and looked at the clutch they found that my clutch was shot. It was all burnt and they finally replaced the whole clutch assembly. It feels great now it engages much lower and the engagement is smooth. The engagement has never been smooth on the clutch from when I first got it. It pays to be persistant with the dealer and have them look up the TSB on the bolts from the pressure plate coming loose maybe they will actually check your clutch and find the problem. Good luck.

We will see what happens with this next dealership, being persistant with the last dealership did no good, I was told not to come back because these problems were not real, and said I was using them to get lemon law status, even though lemon law was never mentioned! To be honest if that was what I truly wanted I could of gotten that with the faulty paint, but I dont want the lemon law if possible, what I want is the car that kept me sleepless for ten nights waiting for it to arrive, not the problem child I received.
