One person writes that it may have synthetic in it already. There are vast differences in synthetics. They are made of differing formulas from each manufacturer. Look over test results if you can find any comparisons. There is a difference in protection, performance and longevity of the fluid. Cost is usually secondary but you will find Amsoil the most cost effective out there and always the best. I have numerous Corvette owners using it and almost all get about 2 to 3 more MPG than ANYTHING else they ever used and would never go back.
