Regardless of what the perception may be, this was not an unlimited budget car, we had budget constraints to operate within, and did the best we could for the budget provided. You'd be surprised how quickly you run through that amount of money at this level of quality.

And actually, at the 1200hp setting, I would imagine more weight would help with traction. So if I come to you guys in a few years, could you do all of the engine/drivetrain work for ~$100,000?
