I dont think so. Here in Edmonton, Alberta Canada There is a shortage of workers, living quality is high, housing prices are steady. The only thing thats getting hit is the retail industry. But this city is an oil based city. A majority of it anyways. Car sales have not been affected, People are still buying and life in general is good. Yes, there are minor things that have occured, but again they are minor.
