I'm in. Anyday, any place is cool with me. Just to add a plug for my area we could meet at the lakefront in mandeville, which is right by a really awesome beer pub "The Barley Oak" then go eat at "Friends on the River" in madisonville or in covington: Acme Oyster house, Zea's, Bonefish, Copeland's or many others. I'm mainly trying to think of places with good parking.
