Meth when mixed with water will not be flamable and there is NO issue. The same can be said for NO2. Short of the tank exploading base on pressure, which is highly unlikely to happen if you have a pressure release valve built in, nitrous in the atmosphere Will Not promote an explosion. It only does that under serious cylinder presure
