Nope. My friend pealed out making a turn failing to see the officer to his left (it was dark). The officer pulled him over and asked "So who were you trying to impress?" My not always bright friend replied. "I don't know you hopefully!"
He ended up with a nice "excessive start from stop" ticket and a good fine. lol Course he was driving a dodge.......
