It will have decent gains over the factory intake. Not anything crazy but it will pick up some over the GM intake. We have engine dyno tested them on the LS3 and they seem to be on par with a ported stock intake on those motors. I would expect the same from the L99 as well. I would say you would be looking 10 HP increase or so best case on an otherwise stock/bolt-on car.
