Could you front mount an oil cooler and just have a separate oiling system for the turbo. You could put an oil pressure / temp sensors on the outlet side of the sts pump.

I like your thinking. The issue is the high pressure in the block due to the higher boost and having the oil forced out of the pcv hose. More of a design issue I think. STS uses a very simple system that returns the oil by using a modified oil fill cap. For the 5 psi. Of boost, doesn't seem to be an issue, but running 7+ we are discovering issues like this. A solution may be a separate oiling system, not sure. I think I'm going to try tapping in to the oil pan as it will help to get oil to pan more efficiently.
