SO, here is the ultimate end-all of "v6 vs v8" question.
V6 owners, would you buy a v8 if you paid the same for insurance and gas?
Explain your answer.

I assume you mean the SS and not just any V8. In that case the answer is yes, even ignoring gas and insurance (although I think that is a legit concern for many). I almost had enough for the vette, but my dealer knew how much I love green. When he told me I could get the Synergy, I had to drive a V6. Loved it. Went home and did a little research and saw what potential this engine has. It already puts out 86.7 HP/Liter vs. the 68.7 for the LS3. BMW and Mazda are putting out impressive power and speed with similar engines. Modded Mazdaspeed3s are putting 350+ HP to the wheels on a 3200 lb. car. This technology is the future and I wanted in on it. I love the challenge it presents and all the hours of fun I'm having working on it. Actually having to sit down and design a twin turbo from scratch because no one has ever done it for this car is a lot more fun than buying a kit in my book. You want easy power, I want fun, challenging power.
