You must live in the city. Where I live there are no taxis and walking home would be a 20 mile trip for a lot of people from where the only two bars in town are. That's all well an good what your saying but not realistic. For a lot of folks in my town, even a designated driver is not realistic unless your going to pay someone to drive you around. In a real world what your saying would be great ,but until they stop selling it where people eat and entertain, your going to have people drinking and driving. It's impossible to have it both ways.
