How about TRACE: Tecumseh Region All-Camaro Enthusiasts?
Tecumseh was the most charismatic and influential Native American chief in the Ohio/Indiana/Kentucky when these three areas were first being settled and is a name uniquely associated with these three states.
Or, for those not historically inclined, the T could stand for "Tri-state."
