halos only come with the HID lights & we're still trying to get a definite answer on how to operate them
the RS package only includes
- HID/halo headlights
- tinted tail light lenses
- 20" Midnight Silver wheels
- painted roof ditch moldings
- SS rear spoiler (on LT models)
the body kit is the separate Ground Effects package (GFX)
