Wow, comprehension is not your friend. I wasn't denying the fact that the '11s worth more because it's newer. I was asking if that's the only reason it's worth more. In which case, it's a dumb reason to only get the '11. You can get the '10 for cheaper and pay it off faster, or owe less on it when/if you want to sell. Hypothetically, if you have two identical cars but one is one year newer, 6 years down the road, it won't be worth a whole lot more at 5 years old.
