You could always try the fuse pull. It's possible you got some bad gas.

Also you haven't even changed it's oil yet! That alone could hurt it a bit. I mean it's been in there for over a year! Of course since you're putting it away for the winter I'd wait till you take it out next year. Keep in mind you only did one pull. Normally you would do 3 pulls and it would probably have gone higher.
