I would walk in there calmly (do NOT follow greasys advice-no offense-), explain to them that you are not happy with the stripes and you are not happy with their response. Speak with someone above whoever you spoke with last time. If they still feel that you do not deserve a refund, or some sort of compensation, let them know about this forum, and any other forum you are a part of.
Explain that a happy customer will easily tell 4 or 5 people about a dealership that took care of them, one that made things right. But an unhappy customer will tell one hundred people if not more. A pissed off customer that has access to the internet, who believes he is being screwed will tell a thousand! Make sure they understand that you have the time and inclination to spread the news, including their name and information to the local, state and digital neighborhoods you are a part of.
