This website is cool as heck!!! You can download the locations of red light cameras, speed cameras, speed traps, etc. to your Tom-Tom, Garmin, or other compatible GPS units. 
Not only will I be running my Fuzz Buster from now on, but I've already downloaded their database for the locations of the cameras and stuff and will be running my GPS in conjunction with it.
You can also update with new locations yourself.

By the way there are android and iphone apps too which plots the speed traps on a google map like interface. Trapster is one such app.
