Engine is a V6 Twin Turbo developed by ILMOR...who did the last Indy-Chev V8, which became a "Mercedes" through Penske, after GM developed it's own "Aurora" V8 for the Series.
Penske was asked about this last night, on Wind Tunnel, but disavowed anything substantive.
