I'm a Scooby fan myself, but don't go fooling yourself into thinking AWD makes up for a lack of balance and structural tuning. You praise to Subaru having done this for years applies to dirt racing...where AWD matters most.
As for the GT500 comparison, it's a fine specimen but the bang for your buck still belongs to Chevy...for the Vette all along and soon for the Camaro again.
