Thumbs up ANYONE WANNA START EXCERCISING/LOSING WEIGHT WITH ME?

Hey guys,

Ive never been as fit as I wanted, nor have I been really over weight. (I am not blessed with good looks so anything I can do to look better is a bonus).

I want to look at my best as a personal goal of mine in time to pick up my Camaro this summer.

So I was wondering, if any of you want to join in and start getting fit together for moral support. It will be cool to post your weight and your goal weight. And what you are currently on.

Rather than keep posting we should just edit our posts each week etc etc. eg

GOAL WEIGHT: 150
CURRENT WEIGHT: 165, 163, 160 etc etc.

What do you think. It cant do us any harm and I think it will make us feel better all round. However you may want to make sure with your doc if your not ok with this etc.

I really hope we can inspire us all to team together in this quest.

What say you?

EDIT: Seems like this is a go: Also, why not post the kind of excercises you are doing right now and how much you have increased the routine.. Here goes:

Current routine - Dont laugh... you gotta start somewhere!! LOL!
50 sit ups/day
50 Press ups/day
200 dumbell lifts per day
Gotta think about how I can do more for my lower body... i dont have time for the Gym , any suggestions?

My kid Addam wants to join in to
