Every year GM shows up at SEMA with at least one vehicle sporting custom wheels that they consider their OEM wheels. In person, these appeared to be forged/CNC machined wheels, not the typical cheap cast wheels that OEM wheels are made of. Also, designs are typically "owned" by GM, even if they did farm out the manufacturing to a wheel maker. That vendor cannot sell the wheels directly, if that is the case.
Short answer: The wheels are not available to public. They may never become available, you just never know. Not unless someone copies them, and takes the risk of legal issues with GM.
