I always remove the bleeder valve then put a rag in where the pads go. Then blow compressed air into the hole where the bleeder valve is. This pushes the pistons right out. You dont need a ton of PSI either. probably 30-40.

I havent disassembled the Brembo's yet but Id assume they are similar enough.
