Nope. That's a seperate part. You'll need a couple of parts for the steering wheel controls: The actual buttons and the wiring harness. I think they come out to about $60 total for what you need for the steering wheels controls (not including getting the parts activated by GM). You'll need the wiring harness specific to the automatic or manual transmission (because of the tapshift).
