The gear ratios in the 6 speed auto Camaro V6 are as follows:
1st 4.07
2nd 2.37
3rd 1.55
4th 1.16
5th 0.85
6th 0.67
Final drive 3.27
So they are closing matched between the two. Which brings it down to the rear gear ratio, weight, HP, and driver. Until they are lined up on the same day, same track, and at the same time this debate could go on until HELL freezes over.
