Hay Boogie,
could you post what you had to go through to start your Shop (from beginning to end ?), I'm thinking of doing a shop in the back of my property & use my 2car/Garage to park my vert (only), but I need to look at what I should do and what I need to have to start mine.
Maybe do a new a new post Boogie ?, if you like to ?
