but the question I have is since you took apart the houseing to install the halo's.....why not just take it apart again and RESEAL it? as you will end up haveing to do that anyway since you will need to do that to install the halo in it again.

Yeup, I already did that once, after a new pair of halos where sent in. I made sure I resealed it 100% with epoxy and outdoor window and door silicon, the next day after driving it on the highway, both halos water were filled with water AGAIN!! I looked closely at the housing and noticed a small crack on the front lens. I think it cracked when I was cutting the housing open with the dremmel
. That explains the left one, and I just cant figure out how condensation got into the other one. But i figured this is the last time I will be trying this again so I might as well start from scratch and do it properly this time....I HOPE!!
