1. Don't leave your controller on when you walk away for dinner/going out. OR get a play and recharge kit. OR Get rechargable batteries.

2. The mics are terrible, go grab the microsoft wireless one.

3. The only reason your disc is scratched is if you picked up the 360 or it fell over with the disc inside. The reason stores won't take the disc back is that your scratch is in a perfect circle. This is made by the laser if the system is jarred while it's reading. If the disc is scratched in any way other than a perfect circle, stores will take them back. If your disc is scratched not by the laser, than I truly feel for you and hope you can find a used one to buy soon.


Learn to take care of your system and it will treat you just fine.
