In sense it wasn't built for turbos because it didn't come with them. In another sense it has features that are nice to have on turbos (some forged parts). It has proven to handle low levels of boost quite well, and once we figure out how to get more fuel flowing it should probably handle about 10 psi without issue. Again, as noted above it is the CFM that really matters, and all the turbo setups we've seen so far are much larger than those on a stock Cobalt. The best ones are getting about 400 RWHP at around 6 psi if I remember correctly.
