I've been checking out some of the members who have these EagleEye halos and all I have to say is they look ridiculous! Absolutely beautiful! And are bright as hell! I've seen pictures of the EagleEye's next to the factory RS package and they stand out far more than the RS headlights; I'm talking a night and day difference. Plus, the price! Omg! $400 dollars for a pair! That is a steal! The RS headlights are $1,368.00 tax included, not counting install! That's a grip for me, especially after modding my car; I'm a little tight on money right now, so the RS headlights were far far off in the distance, I can't just drop 1k right now.
I'm going to buy the Eagle-Eye headlights, they look very nice and are cheap! Although I do have some questions,....
Are the headlights simple to install,.....like plug and play?
In the info it states
"Complete 2pcs set (both right & left, whole assembly), 100% brand new ,
direct replacement (
no modification is needed)"
Does this mean, no other materials are needed such as a new wiring harness just like when installing OEM Factory Halos? If not, the dealer should be able to just take the bumper off, pop out the old headlamps then plug these in and go, am I correct or is it a little more complicated?
Also,....is a H9 HID kit even necessary with this setup? What is a H9 HID kit even for if I have the Eagle-Eye Halos?
I'm totally confused! Anyway,whoever has these lights can you all post some pics just so I can get a good look at what I'm getting! Ready to pull the trigger!
